The Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela offers the Venezuelan community the opportunity to submit questions about immigration to the following e-mail address: inmigracion@embavenez-us.org

All questions are researched with the support of immigration lawyer José Pertierra and answered via email. José Pertierra is an immigration lawyer at Pertierra & Toro, P.C., a law firm located in Washington, D.C. Beyond his usual legal duties, he has offered legal advice on local radio and television programs. Dr. Pertierra is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School and obtained an M.A. in Philosophy at Georgetown University. Dr. Pertierra has written many articles about issues such as immigration, extradition and international human rights law.
