José Pertierra is an immigration lawyer at Pertierra & Toro, P.C., a law firm located in Washington, D.C. Beyond his usual legal duties, he has offered legal advice on local radio and television programs. Dr. Pertierra is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School and obtained an M.A. in Philosophy at Georgetown University. Dr. Pertierra has written many articles about issues such as immigration, extradition and international human rights law.
