Tiuna El Fuerte is a community-based cultural center in the El Valle neighborhood of Caracas’ El Valle neighborhood which offers classes and workshops on music, theater, cinema, dance, circus arts, and other activities.

This video shows part a three-month-long hip-hop workshop for young people from different barrios in Caracas who learned about the four pillars of hip-hop and other elements of hip-hop culture. After the workshop, all the participants demonstrated their creativity and skills.
