Tiuna El Fuerte is a community-based cultural center in Caraca’s El Valle Parish, where classes and workshops of music, theater, cinema, dance, circus arts, among other activities take place.

This video shows part a the three-month-long hip-hop workshop for young people of different barrios in Caracas, who learned about the four pillars of hip-hop and other elements of hip-hop culture. After the workshop, all the participants were able to show their creativity and skills in hip-hop.
