Venezuelan Sounds is an initiative promoted by the Venezuelan Ambassador to the U.S., Bernardo Álvarez and sponsored by Chevron Corporation. “Venezuelan Sounds,” is an annual concert series featuring Venezuelan artists since 2004.
This year, the calendar for this acclaimed annual concert series is as follows:
June 23: Band EnCayapa in the Smithsonian National Zoo. Washington DC. (From 6 to 8:30 p.m.)
June 24: Band EnCayapa in the Internacional Club of DC “Venezuelan Night”. Washington DC
June 25:. Band EnCayapa in the Bolivarian Hall.Washington DC.
June 27: Band EnCayapa in the Yerbabuena Garden Festival. San Francisco. (From 1 to 3:00 p.m.)
July 7: Leonard Jacome World Music Series. Old Town School of Music. Chicago.
July 10: Leonard Jacome Folk and Roots Festival. Chicago.
July 11: Leonard Jacome Folk and Roots Festival. Chicago.
July 15: Leonard Jacome in the Bolivarian Hall. Washington DC.
July 17: Leonard Jacome in the Festival of the Betances. Boston.
July 22: Alcides Rodríguez acclaimed annual concert series. Washington DC.
Julio 23: Marco Granados in the Saint Louis Art Museum. Saint Louis
